Terms and Conditions
An initial wholesale order must exceed $1000. Initial payment terms are COD (cash on delivery). Thereafter, Net 30 is acceptable at our discretion. Delivery is free for approved galleries within Western NC for orders over $750.
The cost of shipping for wholesale orders not eligible for free delivery will be the actual shipping cost plus a 20% handling fee. This covers the time and materials required to carefully pack your order to ensure safe delivery.
To initiate a return of damaged items, within 10 days of date of delivery of your order, email us at margaret@circlefactory.com, with proof of purchase and clear well-lit photographs of the package, padding and damaged item(s).
